    Framework for resilient and sustainable health systems The Regional Committee adopted a framework for resilient and sustainable health systems, informed by WHO/Europe’s health systems thinking and related activities during 2023, which culminated in the Tallinn Charter 15 th Anniversary High-level Conference held in Tallinn, Estonia, 12–13 December 2023 .     Health emergency preparedness, response and resilience New regional strategy on health emergency preparedness, response and resilience in the WHO European Region 2024–2029. The Regional Committee adopted a new strategy to strengthen the global architecture for health emergency preparedness, response and resilience following the mandate provided by RC72 and updated at RC73.     Emergency Medical Teams Regional Action Plan 2024–2030 The Regional Committee adopted the Emergency Medical Teams regional action plan 2024–2030, based on the global Emergency Medical Teams 2030 strategy. The action plan is closely related to the work towards the strategy and action plan on health emergency preparedness, response and resilience in the WHO European Region 2024–2029 (Preparedness 2.0), that was also adopted during RC74.
